Big Bang for their buck at Engadine Bowling Club

Inspired by the nearby Royal National Park and its natural array of fauna and flora Split Watermelon Design aimed to bring some light and life back into the club. With an extensive renovation to the existing lounge, TAB and indoor gaming areas, as well as the construction of a brand new outdoor gaming area, the Club has undergone a complete transformation. Restricted by a tight budget the team at Split Watermelon used their design experience to tackle the challenge head on to come up with clever and cost effective solutions to get the most bang for the Club’s buck!

The complete new look also came with custom designed carpet, feature pendant lighting, and modern furniture not to mention a warm and inviting colour palette taken from the surrounding parks and wildlife. But the stand out feature would have to be the ceiling coffers with floating lanterns that softly flows through the main bar area, a simple yet effective feature that changes the whole look and feel of the lounge.
